Norway have topped the stroke play qualifying of the European Boys' Team Championship, Division 2 at Pannonia Golf & Country Club, Hungary.
Bard Skogen led the way for team Norway. On Day Two, the 2017 European Young Masters Champion added a four-under-par 68 to his first round 66 to post the lowest individual total, 10-under-par.
Three other Norwegian players, Mikkel Antonsen, Herman Sekne, and Jakob Stubhaug, also finished the two-rounds under-par to help Norway to a 16-under-par total.
Iceland earned the second-seed in the Flight A match play, their five best scores from six each day totalling to nine-under-par. Viktor Ingi Einarsson was the top performer for the side, carding rounds of 71 (-1) and 68 (-4), for a five-under-par total.
They will face Portugal, who placed third on five-under-par, in the semi-finals.
Slovakia were the fourth and final team to make it into the Flight A match play, and will face number-one seeds, Norway, in Friday's matches.
As there are three promotion spots up for grabs, the winning teams of each of the semi-final matches, played out with two foursomes and five singles, will secure a spot in next year's Division 1 Team Championship at Golf de Chantilly, France.
